On February 28th of this year President Richard Nixon returned from a weeklong visit to China. His talks with Premier Chou-En-lai, and the consequent improvement in diplomatic relations between the United States and China, will be recognized as one of the greater accomplishments of his presidency. But today in MacArthur Park, Richard Nixon is an unpopular man. |
