C.O.O.K

Thanksgiving Day, 1979

Joan became a great cook. She had not learned from her mother; she had a talent for cooking and quickly became proficient.

We moved to Sacramento in 1972 when Aerojet relocated some operations. We rented an apartment for a year or so. Joan hated apartment living. We then bought a house on Buena Vista Drive. Of the houses we've lived in, it was our favorite. Family and friends enjoyed many fine meals there.

On this Thanksgiving Day we celebrated with:

Our daughter Mary and her husband, Rob

Our daughter Katy and her daughter, little Connie

My good friend, silver-haired Al Eno
