Bellingham Now After almost two years, we left Bellingham behind in 1986 and moved to Milwaukee. (More on this in the JOAN section of this site.) In 2003, I visited the town again for only a few afternoon hours. The Blue Dolphin had become a Mexican restaurant. I took these few pictures and had steamers at a wharf side seafood place.
